KENSINGTON grants further regional licences throughout Germany. This time we are delighted to be expanding our network in the regions of Märkisch Oderland, Kiel, Munich South East and the Rhine-Neckar region. All new franchisees already have experience in the real estate industry and are ready to bring the KENSINGTON standards to their respective markets.
Licence granting Märkisch Oderland
The licence for Märkisch Oderland in eastern Brandenburg was taken over by Andreas Wittig on 1 May 2024. Andreas Wittig is a long-standing partner of KENSINGTON and has been a franchise partner in Berlin since 2017. With the licence for Märkisch Oderland, he is expanding his portfolio to a larger geographical area in order to continue growing with his independence.
Licence granting for Munich South East
Dorothea Kammerscheid took over the licence for Munich South East on 1 May 2024 and thus, started her own business. With her many years of experience in the relocation and property industry, Kammerscheid wants to further expand the KENSINGTON brand in this economically strong region.
Licence granting for Kiel
Axel Oschlies, our new franchise partner for Kiel, officially launched his licence on the Waterkant on 1 July 2024. Born in Kiel, he has many years of experience in the home loan and building finance business. Oschlies plans to expand KENSINGTON's presence in Kiel through targeted advertising and intensive networking in order to establish the location in his home town in the long term.
Licence granting for Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Rhine-Neckar region
Karina Bahr started as a KENSINGTON franchise partner for Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Rhine-Neckar district on 1 September 2024. She took over the Mannheim licence area following the departure of Volker Emmert on 15 August 2024. The two licences for Heidelberg and the Rhine-Neckar region are new areas for her. Bahr has been working as an independent real estate agent in the region for almost 10 years and has already built up a strong network.

Each of these regions will be managed by the new licensees, who will contribute their expertise to the development of these areas.
